MMEA, the Massachusetts Music Educators Association, in affiliation with NAfME, the National Association for Music Education, is pleased to present our annual All State Conference and Exhibition March 1 - 3, 2018, at the Boston Seaport Hotel/World Trade Center.

The annual All-State Conference features as many as 120 sessions, several concert hours and casual concerts, and is attended by more than 800 music educators and 500 of Massachusetts' top student musicians performing band, orchestral, jazz and choral works.

The All-State conference provides a unique opportunity for you to present your products and services to a dedicated and captive audience over the 3-day event.

Sponsorship Packages

Platinum, Gold, and Silver sponsorship packages present opportunities for digital advertising on massmea.org, cover position advertising in the Conference Program Book, and signage presence during dedicated exhibit hall receptions and casual concert hours. Exhibit table included with sponsorship packages.

Exhibitors can look forward to dedicated exhibit hall spotlight receptions, including an exhibit hall spotlight hors d’ oeuvre reception and casual concert hour on Thursday afternoon, March 1, and a breakfast/coffee hour on Friday morning, March 2.

Exhibit space will be awarded on a first-come first-served basis.

Thursday, March 1 - 9 AM to 6 PM (5–6 PM Exhibit Hall hors d’oeuvre Reception & Casual Concert)
Friday, March 2 - 9 AM to 5 PM
Saturday, March 3 - 9 AM to 2 PM (Optional)

Set-up Times
Wednesday, February 28: 5:30 PM to 9 PM
Thursday, March 1: 7 AM to 9 AM

Exhibit Space is booked in six-foot increments. 6' tables are provided if needed.

Exhibit Fee
The standard exhibit fee is $375 per 6' space for commercial enterprises, or $275 for Colleges and Universities.

Number of Representatives per Exhibitor
Please note that a maximum of four (4) individuals may be registered to represent your firm or institution.

Registration Deadline
The deadline for Exhibitor Registration is February 2, 2018.

MMEA will not be handling any electrical requests.

Reservations made for exhibitor space must be cancelled by February 9, 2018, in order to receive a refund.

The Massachusetts Music Educators Journal (MMEJ) publishes two printed program books for the annual MMEA All-State events. The Conference Program Book, distributed to conference attendees at the Boston Sheraton Hotel, and the Concert Program Book, distributed to those in attendance at the All-State Concert at Symphony Hall in Boston, including parents, music educators, guest conductors, high-achieving school music student performing ensemble members, business supporters and sponsors.
