Reception Request Form
Applications for receptions to be held Thursday evening of the conference at 8 PM should be made using the Reception Request Form. The application is due no later than January 9, 2023.

Meeting Request Form
Applications for meetings to be held Thursday evening of the conference at 6:00-6:45 PM should be made using the Meeting Request Form. The application is due no later than January 9, 2023.

MMEA Collegiate Ambassador Information
Any Collegiate Member interested in becoming a Collegiate Ambassador at the Conference should complete the application process provided by the CMENC Chapter. All questions should be addressed to the advisor of your college's chapter. Please use the Collegiate Ambassador Application to apply. All submissions, including supporting materials, are due by December 20, 2022.

Student Compositions
Student composers can submit pieces to one of three tracks; composition, electronic composition, and songwriting. Once a student's composition is selected, the student's teacher will be notified with more information about the Student Composers Forum. The Student Composers Forum will take place during the contemporary creators festival at the All-State Conference where students work with an expert “in-the-field” educator/composer who provides inspiration and constructive feedback. Please use the Student Composition Application to apply. All submissions are due by February 1, 2023.

Spotlight Concert Information
Each spotlight concert may have up to 6 instrumental musicians and up to 20 vocalists. The director must be a member of NAfME. Conductors of spotlight concert groups will register as clinicians within two weeks of notification of acceptance. Further information is available on the spotlight concert application form. Please use the Spotlight Concert Application to apply. All submissions are due by January 9, 2023.

Contemporary Creators Information
Ensembles may have up to 100 singers, and 85 instrumentalists and may come from community, public or private schools. The director must be a member of NAfME.
Conductors of contemporary creators groups will receive complimentary registration for the conference. Further information is available on the contemporary creators concert application form. Please use the Contemporary Creators Concert Application to apply. All submissions are due by January 9, 2023.
