The South Shore Children’s Chorus is a non-profit, musical education program run by South Shore natives who care deeply for their community. SSCC offers a joyful music education for young singers of various experience levels for students living in the South Shore community and beyond. SSCC seeks an organized Registrar to ensure that our students and parents are registered correctly for each term, and serves as the first point of contact for families and staff regarding the use of our administrative online software. This position will also manage student payment accounts, ensuring that all accounts are up to date, billing statements are issued, payment plans are initiated, and tuition assistance requests are processed. The Registrar will serve as the first point of contact for new inquiries, and new students/families entering our program. This position works closely with the Artistic Director to ensure that records and rosters are accurate, with minimal impact to the teaching staff, as well as the Operations Manager. The Registrar also leads ticket sales, preparing online ticket sales and managing any refund requests, door volunteers, and solving any issues that arise.
