Rockabye Beats is a lively, energetic, and interactive music and movement program designed for babies, toddlers, and preschoolers. Our performances include singing, dancing, instrument jams, a sprinkle of Spanish, and a healthy dose of silliness. Since 2017, we have performed at libraries, preschools and community centers around MA.
Founded by Marcos Valles, a professional musician with 15+ years of experience as a drummer, singer, and songwriter, Rockabye Beats is dedicated to creating an entertaining music program where children, their families, and the community can enjoy music, movement, and their time together. About the Opportunity:
Rockabye Beats is hiring energetic performers that can play guitar (basic knowledge), have a strong stage presence, and enjoy working with children. Performers will lead a 45-minute event for children and their families, featuring a live guitar performance, facilitated movement activities, and interactive jam time with rhythm sticks, tambourines, and shakers. We provide the equipment and curriculum, while you provide the enthusiasm and energy!
This is a perfect opportunity for future educators, performers, musicians, or actors looking for a flexible, part-time opportunity to work with kids and share our passion for music and movement.

Compensation and Commitment:
Rockabye Beats pays $40-$100 per class/program depending on the location, attendance, and event. Each program is approximately 45 minutes, exclusive of set-up, breakdown, and travel to and from the event.
